Online Services Booking Policy – Architect of Karma Session Delivery All services are provided virtually through a secure video platform (Zoom or the link provided in your confirmation email) or PDF. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone. Scheduling • Sessions must be booked and paid in full through the booking page. • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and a link to join. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. • To reschedule, use the link in your email or contact me directly. Cancellations & Refunds • More than 24 hours notice: eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable, but one-time credit may be applied to a future session. • No-shows: non-refundable. Technology Issues • If technical difficulties occur on my end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. • If issues arise on your end, we will attempt to reconnect. If not resolved, the session may be shortened and considered delivered. Please check your tech setup before your session.
