Cancellation Policy
Online Services Booking Policy – Architect of Karma Session Delivery All services are provided virtually through a secure video platform (Zoom or the link provided in your confirmation email) or PDF. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone. Scheduling • Sessions must be booked and paid in full through the booking page. • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and a link to join. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. • To reschedule, use the link in your email or contact me directly. Cancellations & Refunds • More than 24 hours notice: eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable, but one-time credit may be applied to a future session. • No-shows: non-refundable. Technology Issues • If technical difficulties occur on my end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. • If issues arise on your end, we will attempt to reconnect. If not resolved, the session may be shortened and considered delivered. Please check your tech setup before your session. Client Responsibility • Find a quiet, private space for your session where you won’t be disturbed. • These sessions are spiritual and energetic in nature. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, or financial care. By booking, you acknowledge full responsibility for your well-being and choices. Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information, experiences, and readings will never be shared. Energetic Readiness For best results, arrive with an open mind and heart. You may wish to have water, a journal, and a calm space prepared to receive messages and integration.
